The Clinical Services Coordinator Assistant provides clerical and technical support to the clinical department of our child serving organization located in Newberg. The duties for this 20-hour per week position include data collection and collation for reporting, Word and Excel skills, excellent typing and transcription skills, scheduling professional appointments, processing internal paperwork, review of mental health service logs, good communication and interactive skills, and phone work. as part of an office team working in a fast paced environment your ability to be detail oriented and flexible is a must; able to work additional hours when required. Pay range begins at $9.00 hr. Starting wage DOE.
